Right now, I’m deep in emerging tech innovation for retail, exploring how AI, computer vision, and task digitisation can unlock meaningful change on the ground.

Some of the work I’ve been leading in the last 12 months:

• AI tools that act like a smart teammate for store staff

• Computer vision to see stock, gaps, and product location without manual checks

• Digitised store tasks that remove admin and free people to serve customers

I am less interested in the hype around AI and more interested in a simple question:

What actually helps people do better work tomorrow?

My focus is turning complex tech into clear, usable systems that fit the way teams really work.
